Lovely vintage floor lamp
An elegant floor lamp with a lovely worn painted base.
Lighting brings ambience and warmth to a room and this old lamp with its sweet pleated shade is delightful. The base has internal wiring and the switch to turn it on and off is located at the top of the lamp. The lampshade is very old. It has a pleated edging and has a wonderful decorative fringing around the bottom and a fine braid at the top. It has a few worn spots and slight ageing of the fabric (please see all pictures)
The lamp has been checked by a qualified electrician.

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth then with a dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials. Keep out of direct sunlight. Furniture wax has been used on this piece.
